HOW DO I BOOK A CONSULTATION

You can book a consultation by filling out our consultation form on the website, calling our office, or visiting our social media platforms. We’ll schedule a convenient time for an initial meeting.

DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS?

Yes we offer virtual consultations via video calls for our clients who prefer a remote option. This service is available for both furniture production and interior design consultations.

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept variety of payments including, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

HOW LONG DOES INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT TAKE?

The duration depends on the size and complexity of the project. A single room project may take 4-6 weeks while a whole home design could take several months. We provide a timeline at the start of the project.

WHAT TYPE OF FURNITURE DO YOU MAKE?

We specialize in Bedframes, Sofas, Sofa chairs, Dining sets and Wardrobes. Our designs can be tailored to fit modern, contemporary or traditional styles.

DELIVERY AREAS

We offer delivery/shipping services to Lagos, Ogun and Abuja

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

Standard orders: Delivery typically takes between 10-14 business days after your order has been processed.

Custom made furniture: Delivery may take between 14-18 business days depending on the complexity of the product. Clients will be notified of the estimated delivery upon order confirmation.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping rates for orders are calculated according to designs and size of products including location. Custom made or oversized products will incur additional fees which will be communicated before purchase.

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

Certain products may require assembly. If you opt for self assembly, detailed instructions will be included with your furniture.

RETURN AND REFUNDS

We operant a no return or refund policy.

MISSED DELIVERIES

If you miss a scheduled delivery, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new time. Additional fees may aplenty for rescheduling.
